PLAY THERAPY

Play therapy is a form of psychotherapy that is mainly aimed at ages 3-13 on an individual or group basis. It utilizes play, the natural way with which children learn and explore the world, as a tool to help the child in expressing their fears, worries, and problems. It is most suitable for emotional and behavioral problems.

PARENT TRAINING

Parenting can often be stressful and child-rearing techniques that parents use may not always be the most effective ones. Through a variety of workshops, seminars, and practical tools, we prepare parents and strengthen them for their great work. It is most suitable for parents, prospective parents, or interested adults.

LEGO®-BASED THERAPY: BRICKS FOR AUTISM

Lego®-based therapy is a social skills development program for young people on the autism spectrum or with related social interaction difficulties. Young people work together to build Lego® models and through this, they have the opportunity to develop social skills such as turn-taking, role-switching, cooperation, and social interaction in a fun way.

The key to this approach is how immersive and fun it is to build Lego® as a team. With this new, effective method opportunities for the development of social competence are created in a natural way by the therapist.

GROUP AND TEAM ART THERAPY

It is well known that art acts as a therapeutic means and it helps to develop and maintain good mental health. Through a range of tools and techniques, from painting and creative visualization to theatrical play and clay, we build our resilience and process concerns and perturbations. It is most suitable for ages 6-18 and for groups of children or adults.

SEXUAL EDUCATION

Sexual education is an important subject that is part of the holistic educational experience of the child and depending on the age should be properly explained to them, in a safe environment, with full coverage of their questions. It is most suitable for ages 9+.
